MTV Video Music Awards

Anyone catch the MTV Video Music Awards show on Sunday night? I did, and all I can say is “WOW.” The drama! The fashion! The fake blood! The “New Moon” preview!
I thought that the opening Michael Jackson tribute was really impressive. The other performances weren’t bad, either. If you didn’t watch, Beyoncé took home the Moonman for Video of the Year and Lady Gaga won Best New Artist. Haven't checked out Lady Gaga's latest album yet? Reserve it here!

Yeah, she probably was pretty embarassed. But since then she's said that a lot of people have been really supportive and nice to her. I bet Kanye's more embarassed by how he acted.

I felt real bad for Taylor Swift after Kanye did what he did. You Belong With Me is a really good song, and the video was good too, she deserved that award. And the only reason Kanye West did what he did was too get attention. I used to like Kanye, "Stronger" was one of my favorite songs, but I have no respect for him now.....ps. I do still like Stronger though, can't help it.

Yes, the whole Kanye/Taylor Swift drama has been a hot topic of conversation this week, and there's definately been a lot of backlash against Kanye. This just goes to show that all celebrities, no matter how talented or famous, are human, too. Also, I thought it was nice of Beyonce to let Taylor come up and finish her speech.
